Plan and manage the delivery of IT and Digital support services at the campus level.

Requirements
Tertiary (preferably postgraduate) qualifications or extensive experience in managing IT user support services.

Practical knowledge of frameworks like PRINCE2 and ITIL V3.

The Security Co-ordinator has responsibility for the delivery of operational safety & security services and initiatives for the Western Sydney University community across multiple campuses.
Supervising campus based contract security staff who perform security activities across a designated cluster of campuses.
Ensuring the correct flow of traffic, the application of Western Sydney University parking compliance policies, traffic related activities, and ensuring overall safety & security across the campus community.
Requirements
Possession of a current NSW 1A Security Licence as per the Security Industry Act 1997.
Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management or a related discipline.
