Responsibilities
You will be expected to exercise a special responsibility in providing leadership and in fostering excellence in research, teaching, professional activities and policy development to a broad range of scholarly activities within the discipline and School.
You will foster interdisciplinary collaboration among existing academic staff to leverage the University’s intellectual capital, while building strong research teams and networks both internally and with national and international collaborators and external bodies including industry and professional associations.
Bridging the nexus between research and teaching, you will also contribute to the development, implementation and delivery of teaching and learning activities in undergraduate, postgraduate and higher degree research programs.
Requirements
You will hold a PhD in Nursing or a related field.
You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Division 1 Registered Nurse in Australia and have expertise and experience in nurse education in university-based programs.
