We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Executive Officer to support the Chancellor’s office in a pivotal role. You will be integral to the smooth and efficient operation of the Chancellor’s office, providing high-level executive support through the preparation of key communications, briefings, and reports.
This role involves managing complex scheduling and travel arrangements, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, and ensuring that the Chancellor’s engagements are well-organised and productive.
You are an experienced executive professional with a proven ability to manage high-level administrative functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your organisational skills are exceptional, allowing you to handle complex scheduling, coordinate logistics, and ensure the smooth execution of all tasks and engagements. You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, enabling you to anticipate the needs of senior leaders and provide seamless support.
Your strong communication and interpersonal skills make you adept at liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior leadership to external partners, fostering productive relationships at every level. You are confident in your ability to conduct thorough research and analysis, transforming complex information into concise, insightful briefings and reports that inform key decisions.
