Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Assist students by providing information and guidance on all aspects related to the commencement and progression through their chosen course of study.
Work closely with Course Directors to assist with the preparation of documentation and communications with students.
Exercise delegations and assess data and trends related to a course.
Requirements
Strong administrative skills with experience in data extraction, report presentation, and task prioritisation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information to internal and external clients to foster successful outcomes and relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality client service as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and external stakeholders, offering timely and professional assistance via phone, email and in person to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage a range of administrative tasks, including procurement, processing requisitions, coordinating travel arrangements, reconciling credit card transactions, maintaining office supplies, and handling room bookings for the Global Change Institute.
Assist in organising events, provide secretariat support for committees and working groups, and ensure meeting rooms are prepared and equipped with necessary audio-visual resources.
Administer building access requests through UQ systems, conduct regular security audits, and ensure all office spaces remain secure, clean and functional.
Requirements
Strong client service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a busy office environment.
Proficiency in using word-processing, spreadsheet software, and corporate databases.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in administrative tasks and record-keeping.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while adapting to changing demands and responsibilities.
