Salary
  • Base salary range: $74,450 to $74,450 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate participant recruitment and scheduling for follow-up appointments, playing a key role in the study’s next phase.
  • Engage with participants using various communication methods while ensuring adherence to confidentiality and privacy standards.
  • Assist the data collection team by managing participant flow during assessments and supporting post-assessment activities.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management for scheduling and data entry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience in a research or participant engagement setting is desirable.
  • Current National Police Clearance, C Class Driver’s License, flexibility to work after hours and Saturdays, and ability to meet the position's physical demands.
