Base salary range: $74,450 to $74,450 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
Full-time appointment on a 12-month, fixed-term basis.
About the area
The Raine Study is one of the largest and most successful longitudinal research studies, focusing on health across generations. Since 1989, it has been collecting data from participants and their descendants, contributing significantly to our understanding of physical health, mental health, lifestyle, and genetics. You’ll be joining a team that is launching the next follow-up phase of this impactful study.
About the opportunity
- Coordinate participant recruitment and scheduling for follow-up appointments, playing a key role in the study’s next phase.
- Engage with participants using various communication methods while ensuring adherence to confidentiality and privacy standards.
- Assist the data collection team by managing participant flow during assessments and supporting post-assessment activities.
About you
- Relevant experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management for scheduling and data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in a research or participant engagement setting is desirable.
Special Requirements
- Current National Police Clearance, C Class Driver’s License, flexibility to work after hours and Saturdays, and ability to meet the position's physical demands.
