Requirements
A degree plus at least four (4) years subsequent relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and/or training
Experience in an area of research administration in a university
Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures relating to research and general administration in the tertiary education sector and external funding agencies
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High level analytical, interpretative and research skills including database administration and compilation of statistical information relevant to research
Demonstrated ability to set own priorities, monitor work processes, meet regular deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a busy team
High level of interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, able to exercise tact and good judgment, and to negotiate with a range of individuals including senior staff of the University
