Responsibilities
- Coordinate placements for the school’s courses including managing placement data, agreements and compliance requirements and ensure that all placements are compliant with placement agreements between Deakin University and the placement provider and with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the selection of the school’s courses and provide accurate and timely advice to students and staff.
- Assist in the management of student assessments including electronic exam management support in both face-to-face and online environments.

Requirements
- A master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and a PhD in a discipline related to organisational psychology.
- Registered psychologist with endorsement in organisational psychology.
- Registered with the Psychology Board of Australia as a board-approved supervisor.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and learning in the field of organisational psychology at the postgraduate level.
- Ability to deliver effective teaching practices to improve student success and engagement.
- Excellent record of scholarly learning and teaching in undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs, including innovative curriculum design, competency-based authentic assessments, and research supervision.
- Evidence of leadership in scholarly learning and teaching in postgraduate programs, including innovative curriculum design and education development focused on organisational psychology competencies.
- Higher Education Academy (HEA) fellowship (desirable).
