Act as the first point of contact in the management of complaints, disclosures and gendered violence incidents in conjunction with the Head of Colleges and Deans
Provide case management/care coordination support to residential students by coordinating, monitoring and documenting care arrangements
Support staff responding to students and provide training to the residential staff teams in elements of health promotion, wellbeing and safety
Create and lead the training and inductions programs for new students joining the college community and develop policies to support the student experience and enhance wellbeing in the college community
Manage and update records related to the education and training of residential staff and leaders
In conjunction with Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, and the Equitable Learning Unit, create and deliver support programs for students with disabilities
Liaise with the Conduct and Integrity Office (CIO) and other stakeholders to deliver prevention initiatives in line with the Gendered Violence Strategy and Action Plan 2022-25
Lead and coordinate health promotion initiatives and events for the college community
Requirements
Prior experience working with young adults, either in a university or in a high school environment and who has either developed interest, or worked on wellbeing programs. Ideally, you are a qualified psychologist.
More broadly, you’d have prior experience related to educational programs and initiatives including experience in secondary or tertiary education, health promotion, wellbeing, social work and/or psychology
A successful track record in dealing with welfare issues at every stage of process and stakeholder engagement, including conflict resolution
Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels
Ability to plan, organise and co-ordinate projects and tasks
Strong student focused service orientation together with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to use judgment and discretion and seek advice and assistance from senior/ specialist staff as required
Candidates need to have full time working rights for the role – no sponsorship are available for the role. Candidates will need to have (or be willing to obtain) a valid Working With Children Check.

Lead development of integration strategies and design of E2E architectures that facilitate the seamless connection of various systems, applications, and technologies within enterprise environments including multi-cloud environments (eg AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments (SaaS, PaaS with On Prem/ environments).
Define integration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficient management of integration solutions and patterns across an enterprise.
Identifying options available for various integration patterns and recommend best suited options for each of the identified patterns along with appropriate justification to support them.
Lead development of guidelines for usage of appropriate integration options for modern integration patterns, such as event-driven architectures, serverless computing, and API gateways.
Design, implement, and manage microservices-based integration solutions.
Establish and maintain an API register, control of lifecycle, documenting all APIs and interfaces, Define guidelines for API naming conventions and versioning, and documentation. Collaborate with development teams to ensure APIs are well-documented and accessible.
Communicate and influence senior stakeholders to translate requirements and seek buy in on the integration target state and roadmap.
Assess and select appropriate integration technologies, platforms, and tools to support the integration architecture and contributing to IT governance processes and decision-making.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to contemporary integration styles.
Identify potential risks and security threats related to integration processes and implementing measures to mitigate these risks, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent service experience providing architecture and consulting.
Desirable - higher education or similar corporate architecture experience.
Demonstrated experience with integration of Enterprise applications such as CRM, HCM, Oracle Peoplesoft etc.
Excellent written and verbal presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure and articulate messages to different audiences at all levels.
Extensive experience and knowledge of integration architecture and with technologies like Azure Integration Services, Managed File Transfer, ETL/ELT, Batch, streaming, API Gateway, SQL, RDBMS etc.
Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Orchestration capabilities, failure and recovery handling, exception handling strategy etc.

Provide end-to-end digital media production services to staff in the faculty to ideate, develop, manage and review learning and teaching focussed resources including video and audio, to help improve the experience of students.
Collaborate with Education Design and Quality team members on digital education projects and tasks under the guidance of the Education Design and Quality Manager and/or the Educational Designer.
Oversee the management of the Faculty’s learning and teaching digital assets resulting from media production activities (internal and external) and the ongoing maintenance of digital assets published via UNSW and/or third-party applications.
Manage the physical digital media resources of the team and Faculty studio space, including advising on and organising procurement, storage facilities, servicing of equipment, and internal loans and the booking of studio facilities.
Periodically review, analyse and report on the use of physical resources and educational assets being used in faculty programs and courses, to help ensure a consistent level of quality across all programs as well as a quality level of service to staff.
Respond to enquiries (in person and/or virtually) from academic staff regarding creation, management and the use of digital assets to deliver quality learning experiences for students.
Proactively create and maintain training resources and offer and deliver training to Law & Justice staff (including individual and small group consultations) regarding the use of and creation of digital media in learning and teaching.
Ensure University, Faculty and School policies, procedures, and processes are applied consistently within digital learning environments, digital course activities and resources, and education processes including intellectual property and copyright, privacy and universal design principles.
Requirements
A qualification (bachelor’s degree or higher) in media production, digital communications or related area, or equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of training, education or experience.
Demonstrated experience producing and publishing media (from conceptualisation through development, acquisition and post-production phases) with strong project management skills and experience coordinating multi-media projects with evidence of creativity and innovation.
Strong understanding of web design and new media educational delivery software and an interest in emerging digital technologies and their application in an educational setting.
Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products including Premier Pro, Audition, Illustrator and Photoshop (or industry equivalents).
An understanding of the Educational/Learning Design process and the role digital media plays in meeting student learning outcomes and staff expectations.
Demonstrated experience in managing physical resources including equipment and/or facilities, or similar.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive client service focus and a proven ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative professional relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work proactively, flexibly and productively as an effective team member and meet multiple deadlines.
