Salary: $123,044-$138,637 + 17% super | 12-month fixed term contract

The Division of Research & Enterprise at UNSW is dedicated to maintaining and advancing the University's profile in research and research training. Our Research Analysis, Data and Reporting (RADAR) unit supports the goal of continuously improving UNSW’s position as a leading research-intensive university in Australia.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Solutions Analyst to join our team to lead the development of solutions to improve systems and processes related to new legislative requirements for research administration and compliance. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to deliver the project end-to-end, including refining business requirements, implementing online forms, developing PowerBI dashboards, and identifying opportunities for technical improvement.
The Team
Research Analysis, Data and Reporting (RADAR) is a dedicated unit established to support the goal of continuously improving UNSW’s position as a leading research-intensive university in Australia. It is responsible for reporting on the University’s research activity and performance, its position in various world university rankings, enhancing and maintaining the Division’s research metric tool ‘BORIS’, and providing divisional support for research applications together with business improvement and integration services to ensure all systems are effectively meeting business requirements.

Who you are
You have a relevant tertiary qualification and significant experience in Higher Education, ideally in research administration reporting. You also have a deep understanding of business processes, analysing requirements and implementing solutions and can demonstrate your excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as building solid working relationships with varied stakeholders.
