Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline or an equivalent level of demonstrated experience in managing major projects in complex, diverse operational environments.
Proven experience in leading the development of major projects both in planning and delivery, to achieve the cost, value, time, and quality objectives.
Strong technical skills in complex work related to education, research and health preferred.

Responsibilities
Provide administration assistance and support in the coordination of training and other initiatives under the scope of Learning and Development.
Act as the first point of contact for staff and vendors regarding professional development issues.
Maintain and update manuals and computerized training records and registers.
Market professional development activities and opportunities for staff.
Coordinate internal training activities, including logistics support before and after training events.
Generate performance review reports and perform analytics for succession and development decisions.
Record, maintain, and update talent management data and succession plans under the direction of the manager.
Work with the Learning and Development team in Melbourne for ongoing and new training initiatives.
Source and maintain an up-to-date database of qualified training providers and conduct assessments under supervision.
Develop training plans and analyze training needs across the University based on inputs from performance and career development plans.
Prepare material for and coordinate all training courses, induction sessions, and meetings.
Ensure timely communication of organization and professional development information to all staff.
Assist in preparing and launching staff training and workshops across the University.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
At least three years of relevant experience in high-quality administration, preferably in training.
Experience in planning, programming, and monitoring programs.
Experience in presenting to small groups of adults.
Knowledge of Human Resource Development (HRD) such as performance management and professional development.
Experience as a facilitator and/or presenter is advantageous.
Excellent ability to contribute within a team environment.
Knowledge of training, organizational development, and Talent Management is desirable.
Excellent customer service skills for dealing with internal and external clients.
Well-developed interpersonal skills including coordination, liaison, negotiation, and multicultural communication.
Keen attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Superior knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office software.
