Salary
  • (HE07) $98,343 - $109,989 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage and monitor the delivery of high-quality research grant support and services for the Arts, Business and Economics (ABLE) Faculty.
  • Provide Faculty grant support and researcher development support.
  • Provision of research funding advisory services.
  • Provide pre-award grant checking and validation services.
  • Coordinate ranking/review activities for Faculty cohorts.
  • Contribute to training and development programs relating to funding opportunities.
  • Support Faculty grant performance reporting.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high quality advice to staff on research grant administration issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing client centric research grant programs.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and analysing information and issues to support the development of practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to show initiative and undertake tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.
  • A high level of self-motivation, initiative, creativity and sound judgement.
  • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of the University sector, funding of research and related structures.
