Salary
  • Base salary will range from: $89,861 - $96,402 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 6)

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities, including travel, events, and online training platforms.
  • Act as budget holder, ensure financial compliance, and prepare reports.
  • Provide guidance to Development Assistants for project delivery.
  • Compile short-term and long-term project reports.
  • Represent UQID at events and meetings, both locally and internationally.
  • Assist with tender preparation and management.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, including capability statements, brochures, and project documents.
  • Manage databases and contribute to reports and presentations.

Requirements
  • Qualifications in a relevant related field in Project Management, Adult Education, International Development highly desirable.
  • Relevant experience in training program support, project management, or related coordination roles, combined with strong proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent English language skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments, manage conflicting priorities, and navigate multicultural and diverse settings.
  • Sound knowledge of project monitoring and evaluation.
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High-level attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to see a task through to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility, show initiative, work independently and in an autonomous manner.
