Responsibilities
- Work with the Associate Head of School Learning and Teaching to support teaching teams in UG and/or PG programs to deliver high quality assessments and evaluations.
- Coordinate design and delivery of online assessments and support academics to achieve best practice in assessment, evaluation, and feedback strategies.
- Initiate, design, and conduct productive, high-quality research, scholarship, and creative activities generating high impact outputs in their discipline area.
Requirements
- PhD in a relevant discipline including Psychology or Education and/or other relevant qualifications and experience.
- Experience in designing, implementing, reporting, and quality improvement of assessment in the tertiary education environment.
- Capacity to contribute to leadership with respect to assessment design, analysis, and evaluation.
- Emerging reputation in research and scholarship through publications and/or exhibitions and/or success in obtaining external research funding.
