Responsibilities
  • Ensuring and enhancing the overall quality of academic programs and administrative processes for higher education learning and teaching.
  • Engaging in quality management activities and understanding university learning and teaching operations.
  • Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes.
  • Promoting continuous improvement and academic excellence throughout the institution.

Requirements
  • Ability to partner strongly with stakeholders across the sector to support academic quality.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient use of relevant software applications and tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to interpret policy, procedure, and legislation to ensure best practices in academic quality.
