- Provide administrative support to the Property and Infrastructure office at Gippsland Campus.
- Monitor and process work requests in the works management system.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to provide timely updates on works request and follow up requests on behalf of customers.
- Respond to maintenance reports and enquiries.
- Maintain and update contractor information.
Requirements
- Demonstrated computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft suite.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health, safety, and wellness strategies aligned with university objectives.
- Oversee safety programs, manage risk, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the university.
- Provide guidance on health, safety, and wellness matters to senior leadership.
- Coach and mentor staff to promote a positive safety culture.
- Develop and deliver training programs on health, safety, and wellness topics.

Requirements
- Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health, safety, science, health, psychology, engineering, or construction management).
- Proven experience managing health and safety in large, complex organizations.
- Demonstrable experience managing workplace health and safety relevant to the risk profiles of large construction or facilities management areas.
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures related to health, safety, and wellness.
- Experience with engaging a range of regulators.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Proven track record of driving positive health, safety, and wellness outcomes.
