Responsibilities
Assist with the creation and ongoing maintenance of accurate course rules configuration and student enrolment plan templates.
Translate course structures and rules into appropriate system configuration.
Build student enrolment plan templates based on current curriculum artefacts.
Undertake rigorous testing against student records.
Liaise with other relevant departments across student administration and schools to determine appropriate actions to correct any identified enrolment issues.
Recommend business process changes to improve future course structures and templates.
Produce system reports to identify and resolve enrolment issues.
Develop strong working relationships with schools to investigate and resolve course and individual student issues.
Provide training for staff.
Bulk assign student enrolment plan structures and templates.
Process exceptions and substitutions as directed by schools.

Responsibilities
Make significant contributions to the Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Australian Catholic University through teaching, scholarship, and/or research.
Coordinate, develop and teach into units of study that align with their experience and expertise.
Undertake research and/or scholarship of learning and teaching and support research students.
Consult with the Head of School and Assistant Deputy/Deputy Head of School of Allied Health, National Head of Discipline, the Course Coordinators of Speech Pathology and other staff as required.
Design research-informed curriculum and learning activities.
Support students through evidence-based approaches to teaching, assessment design and feedback, and the creation of supportive and engaging learning environments.
Establish and sustain a coherent program of quality research and/or scholarship of learning and teaching, demonstrated by high-quality outputs aligned with National and/or ACU priorities.
Participate in academic administration, program review and quality improvement which ensure effective delivery of the program.
