Manage the end-to-end delivery of the All Points to Teaching (APTT) project.

About the role:
Operating within the National School of Education, as the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing a significant project focused on the All Points to Teaching (APTT). This role is crucial for ensuring the APTT achieves its objectives to boost employment-based pathways and access to fully funded undergraduate and postgraduate teaching degrees. Reporting directly to the Academic Lead, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of the project, including effective implementation, governance, and operational management. You will be responsible for managing the project budget, managing a project team, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders. Ensuring that milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met by implementing a strong governance framework and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves navigating risks and ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget, contributing to the successful achievement of project objectives.

What we offer:

Total remuneration valued to $130,436 - $145,828 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $110,220 - $123,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 3% salary increase will be effective from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 1st January 2025.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
