About the role:
As the Project Officer, Special Projects, you'll contribute to the successful delivery of special projects within Learning and Leadership Enterprise. You will support the Project Coordinator, Faculty of Education and Arts to manage various projects associated with a major externally grant-funded project. This includes providing bespoke support to special student cohorts and coordinate logistics associated with teacher professional development projects.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you'll ensure a seamless and positive student and learning experience and contribute to maintaining positive relationships with ACU's external partners. You'll also organise special cohort admissions, manage contracts and invoices, oversee workshop safety records, arrange consumables, coordinate timetabling, triage student queries and ensure seamless communications with key internal stakeholders.

- Total remuneration valued to $106,366 - $114,254 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $89,881 - $96,546 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
