Assist in the coordination planning, marketing and execution of signature campus/university events (i.e. resource fair, graduate and professional student appreciation week, On the Town and Coffee Connections events, Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week, etc.).
Assists in the planning, marketing, implementation, administration, monitoring and evaluation of a comprehensive schedule of Campus-wide programming initiatives in accordance with student interests, departmental and institutional mission and objectives and University Strategic Plan.

Assist in the development and maintenance of unit website/webpage content and the creation, content and visual design of electronic newsletters and other electronic methods information delivery to students as well as the development of departmental publications.
Monitor event budgets and ensure compliance with University fiscal policies and procedures.
Request and negotiate contracts with vendors/students to plan events and services; manage process in line with institutional protocols
Assist in the development of strategic goals and objectives in accordance with department, University and division strategic priorities.
Serve as a student advisor or committee member on conduct related matters.
Other duties as assigned in accordance with departmental, divisional and institutional needs and goals.
Professional experience in activity-related programming (orientation, student organizations, student programming), or a combination of education and experience from which comparable skills and knowledge are acquired.
