About the role:
As the Future Students Project Coordinator, you'll manage the logistical planning, faculty liaison and event service delivery for ACU's main student recruitment events, including Open Days, Careers Advisor Days, Discover ACU events, Change of Preference events and major external expos. You will work closely with the Future Students and Events teams based at each campus to deliver high quality events that inform key influencers and drive applications and enrolments, while managing national reporting across a range of Future Students activity, including post-event reporting, attendee surveys and the national careers advisor survey. The Future Students Project Coordinator will also coordinate collateral such as course guides, working with multiple teams across the unit and wider university to deliver targeted, timely and impactful information to the relevant audiences.
You will need to have:
- Minimum Bachelor level qualification in marketing, business, project management or related field, along with subsequent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with experience in coordinating events and activities involving multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, and resource allocation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines, ensuring all components are completed accurately, on time, and in line with stakeholder expectations.
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated through experience in coordinating projects related to event logistics, collateral production, or similar.
- High level computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office, experience with or ability to learn Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the capacity to apply relevant project management tools to log and monitor key tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work constructively and collaboratively with a range of key internal stakeholders at various levels of an organisation.

What we offer:

- Total remuneration valued to $117,590 - $127,214 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $99,365 - $107,498 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 3% salary increase will be effective from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 1st January 2025.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
