Responsibilities
Provide recruitment support and guidance from inception to completion across various departments and schools at RMIT Vietnam.
Build and maintain robust client-focused relationships with hiring managers to understand and proactively plan for staffing needs.
Uphold RMIT Vietnam recruitment and selection policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.
Coordinate recruitment, selection, work permit processes, and onboarding from inception to commencement date.
Advise, coordinate, and conduct recruitment and selection processes ensuring the right skills are in the right place at the right time.
Develop candidate pools through networking and research beyond traditional job sites.
Ensure effective use of the RMIT E-Recruitment system and assist hiring managers in using it.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders and advise on recruitment best practices.
Ensure understanding of salary options, benefits, and employment terms among hiring managers and candidates.
Continuously review and suggest improvements to recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Provide advice and support on recruitment regulatory requirements and compliance.
Support analysis and reporting on recruitment metrics and contribute to budget planning activities.
Requirements
Bachelor degree qualification in a field relevant to Human Resources.
At least three years of recent experience in recruitment or HR related field within medium to large international organizations.
Demonstrated experience in best practice recruitment processes including advertising, pre-screening, selection, and onboarding.
Ability to provide innovative resourcing solutions to key clients across the organization.
Strong customer service focus and team player.
Prior knowledge of Vietnamese work permit application process is desirable.
Innovative approach to advertising across various mediums.
Well-developed interpersonal skills including coordination, liaison, negotiation, and multicultural communication.
Keen attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
