Salary
  • Highly competitive VND salary (plus allowances) for local candidates or attractive USD salary package (plus benefits) for expatriate candidates depending on proven track record in meeting all the key selection criteria. Expatriate candidates: Relocation allowance and flights for dependents. School tuition support of up to US$20,000 per child annually, up to 2 children per family; private health insurance coverage for staff and family; annual health check-up; Work Permit for staff, Visa and temporary resident cards for family members. Local candidates: 13th month Tet bonus + private medical insurance (for you and your dependents) + annual health check.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the effective delivery of talent acquisition across RMIT Vietnam.
  • Align talent acquisition function with other HR functions to achieve optimum candidate/employee experience.
  • Partner with diverse business portfolios to attract and recruit local and international talent.
  • Provide business solutions that observe local labour law, skills shortages, and English proficiency.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the University HR strategy as a key member of the HR Leadership Team.
  • Influence and develop important working relationships across RMIT University Vietnam.
  • Advocate for fairness, transparency, diversity, and inclusion in hiring processes.

Requirements
  • Degree relevant to Human Resources; Post-graduate qualification in a similar HR-related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a senior leadership position leading talent acquisition services.
  • Significant experience in leading and developing a team of local professionals in an MNC environment.
  • Extensive experience in developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and support cultural and organisational change.
  • Ability to adopt new technologies and drive continuous service improvements.
  • Expert in job evaluation methodology and principles of organisational design.
  • Proven ability to exercise initiative and think strategically.
  • Ability to display appropriate behaviours in line with the RMIT Behavioural Capability Framework.
