Responsibilities
Assist in the efficient functioning of the Sales Department by managing routine administrative tasks, monitoring the UQP Sales inbox, and responding to customer and bookseller enquiries via phone and email.

Responsibilities
Manage an ER portfolio team of Consultants and Officers to service a large client group.
Deliver expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee and complex industrial relations matters.
Support the development of fair and forward-thinking practices, policies, and procedures.
Foster effective working relationships with the HRBP team and relevant people leaders.
Shape and implement ER strategies and plans that drive proactive management of issues and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage complex cases and advise on industrial instrument and legislative interpretation, workplace change and restructuring, industrial disputes, employee performance, termination of employment, managing ill and injured workers, and employment related disclosures.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications (including industrial relations, HR or law).
Extensive experience providing employee relations related advice to line management and dealing with employee unions in a large, complex organisation.
Expert knowledge of relevant workplace legislation and current employment case law.
Proven ability to build effective working relationships and partner with internal clients.
Ability to lead, motivate and train team members, establish priorities and manage competing deadlines.
Excellent consultation, influencing and negotiation skills.
Superior written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
