This role is based in HR Office Team, within the Operations Division at UNSW.
Joining our growing HR compliance project team, you will play an important role within a multidisciplinary wage compliance program. Engaged across a broad range of activities, you will build strong and effective professional networks and engage and collaborate across the program with SMEs and senior leaders to support the delivery of strategic and operational compliance objectives.
Working collaboratively with the Project Team, you will investigate and gather insights into work practices and payroll data, using your HR expertise to offer a holistic interpretation across areas such as remediation activities and present recommendations advising on changes to work practices where appropriate.
Reporting into the Compliance Stream Lead, you will drive the review in line with project objectives.
We're looking for a driven professional skilled in problem-solving, stakeholder management, and a keen interest in process optimisation. Holding a proven track record in driving business improvements, conducting data/stakeholder research to deliver strategic and operational recommendations.
