Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, management and effective coordination of the student-facing departments with the Associate Director and within the Student Experience & Success portfolio.
- Develop, forecast and manage expenditure within the approved budget that aligns with these aims and objectives.

- Collaborate with the Dean of Students and The Director of Academic Experience & Success by leading curriculum development, implementation, quality oversight and program evaluation of the UniStart Academic Pathway.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in relevant field (e.g. Applied Linguistics, TESOL, Curriculum Design, Developmental Psychology, Higher Education Administration).
- An internationally recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven outstanding educational leadership ability and achievement in executive management to lead, manage and motivate a team of professionals.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Education sector; minimum 6 years of experience managing staff in an international university context.
- Significant expertise and experience in leading student support and service models to a culturally and linguistically diverse student body within higher education.
- Experience in leading and reporting on educational university/institution-wide projects related to student success and experience to deliver on outcomes.
- High-level ability to analyse and interpret a complex range of information to address emerging issues in academic transition, learning support, and student engagement.
- Excellent English, communication, organisational and administrative skills.
