Responsibilities
Project manage M&C’s response to major projects and strategic initiatives (excluding major domestic advertising recruitment campaigns) from taking the client brief, assembling teams, delivering the integrated response and managing client feedback and approvals.

1. Provide quality advice, timely responses, complex issue resolution and case management to families/guardians of RMIT current students, including families/ guardians of local and international students in accordance with University policies and processes.
