The Opportunity
The Research Officer – Health Services will work closely with Dr Amanda Cross and research staff in the Centre for Medicine Use and Safety to support the delivery of a number of ongoing research projects relating to medicine safety, knowledge translation and aged care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a variety of administrative and project coordination services including but not limited to preparation of ethics applications, participant recruitment, coordination of data collection, project documentation, provision of study updates to various stakeholders and preparation of reports/manuscripts.
The appointee will have a tertiary qualification in healthcare and/or a relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g. Master of Public Health) with subsequent relevant experience in health services research, public health or aged care, or extensive experience in health services research, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
