Salary
Base salary range: Level C, $139,000 – $159,893 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation. Rural and remote allowance applies for those living in the immediate area. Clinical loading may be applicable.
Responsibilities
Deliver world-class innovative medical education and training to medical students and assist in the support of preceptors and host practitioners
Commitment to be involved in research and/or evaluation relevant to improving rural health
In consultation with local medical practitioners and agencies maintain and contribute to the development of local educational programs that meet the requirements of the RCSWA and take advantage of local opportunities and strengths
Develop and coordinate the development of rural training pathways in local area of appointment and contribute to a statewide RCSWA approach
To complement the RCSWA teaching role, an employment opportunity may be considered at the Collie Hospital.
Requirements
Registered, or able to be registered with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner
Committed to working in medical practice in rural WA
Available to work in the respective RCSWA site and the ability to network with rural practitioners in the region
Experience as a preceptor and/or supervisor of medical students and/or junior doctors or registrars
A commitment to the principles and practice of Indigenous health in rural and regional areas
Commitment to rural medical education and to improving rural medical workforce.

Responsibilities
Delivery of assigned minor works projects under the direction of management and supervision of the Senior Manager Capital Works.
Handling multiple minor projects simultaneously with a good understanding of project management practices.
Investigating project user requirements, estimating project costing, monitoring project progress, and providing technical expertise to resolve issues or discrepancies.
Liaising with internal stakeholders across RMIT University and engaging external project teams such as architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, building surveyors, and contractors.
Managing project risks and ensuring all minor works meet financial, performance quality, safety, and environmental objectives.
Providing high-level essential administrative tasks and maintaining a high degree of internal and external customer service.
Requirements
Knowledge and experience in managing and delivering multiple minor works/projects simultaneously within a large complex organization.
Demonstrated ability to inform, engage, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders in a high-volume work environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills, negotiation, and interaction skills with the ability to adapt communication styles.
Experience in providing regular updates on project progressions and outcomes.
Technical knowledge of construction/professional disciplines and familiarity with Victorian Building Regulations, Work cover, Occupational Health and Safety, and other relevant standards.
Ability to manage performance of contracts, programs, and projects effectively, delivering results on time and within budget.
