Responsibilities
Lead and manage a dynamic team on various IT projects.
Drive business transformation and lead teams while pursuing your passion for project management.
Develop and provide leadership of high-quality project, portfolio, business process improvement and business analysis services.
Provide strategic advice and support the governance of technology-related projects at Charles Sturt.
Engage stakeholders within Charles Sturt to provide advice and support for their needs in line with the universities' strategic outcomes.
Requirements
In-depth understanding and extensive demonstrated experience in project management, business analysis and business improvement frameworks, methodologies and best practice.
Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proven strong people management skills including extensive experience in the management, recruitment, and development of teams across multiple locations.
Experience in analysing and optimising complex, enterprise business processes securing measurable benefits.
