Salary
  • $137,997 to $146,330 pa (plus 17% superannuation)

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a dynamic team on various IT projects.
  • Drive business transformation and lead teams while pursuing your passion for project management.
  • Develop and provide leadership of high-quality project, portfolio, business process improvement and business analysis services.
  • Provide strategic advice and support the governance of technology-related projects at Charles Sturt.
  • Engage stakeholders within Charles Sturt to provide advice and support for their needs in line with the universities' strategic outcomes.

Requirements
  • In-depth understanding and extensive demonstrated experience in project management, business analysis and business improvement frameworks, methodologies and best practice.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven strong people management skills including extensive experience in the management, recruitment, and development of teams across multiple locations.
  • Experience in analysing and optimising complex, enterprise business processes securing measurable benefits.
