Strong mathematical and statistical skills, high attention to detail and a drive to present data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness, along with proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python.
Experience in developing data visualisations and paginated reporting solutions within Power BI, DAX design and optimisation.
Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent complex reporting and analytics projects (end-to-end) and deadlines in a complex environment, ideally within higher education.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation and preparing data governance artifacts alongside strong stakeholder engagement and leadership.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships to liaise effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders and to lead, mentor and develop a successful team.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
