Responsibilities
Maintain and update internal and external knowledge articles at the Ask ACU contact center.
Provide strategic support to the provision of service excellence within the AskACU service model.
Perform ongoing training and support to AskACU staff nationally.
Conduct quality assurance on staff interactions to ensure the maintenance of a national standard of service.
Maintain the internal and external knowledge bases to ensure that staff remain up-to-date with information.
Work closely with the Coordinator, AskACU Contact Centre and Team Leaders on all campuses to ensure quality service delivery.
