Responsibilities
Engage in research-led and community-driven teaching in Indigenous Studies
Contribute to a globally recognised and multidisciplinary program
Subject coordination duties including the development of Learning Management System sites and subject guides, preparing and marking assessments, selecting and supervising tutors, and consulting with students
Subject delivery on campus and in-person, including preparing and conducting lectures, tutorials and seminars
Conducting research and producing outputs including (but not limited to) peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, books, creative works and commissioned reports
Securing research grants and external research income (with an emphasis on competitive, international and peer-reviewed)
Graduate research supervision
Expect 40% of time to be devoted to teaching, 40% to research, and 20% to leadership and service
Requirements
A completed PhD in a relevant discipline
A strong record in research with a developing profile of distinctive and impactful outputs and related activity
The capacity or potential to attract research grants
Demonstrated capacity for excellence in teaching including in syllabus/curriculum design and subject (module) coordination
An emerging record of supervision of honours and postgraduate theses

Responsibilities
Actively contribute to teaching, subject coordination and curriculum development in the Bachelor of Oral Health (Therapy/Hygiene) program.
Teach a range of preclinical and clinical subjects using both didactic and clinical delivery methods.
Develop and progress an active research profile with a strategic research and innovation focus aligned to the overall strategies of the University.
Provide clinical services in the Charles Sturt Oral Health and Dental Clinics upon negotiation with the Dean of Rural Dentistry and Oral Health and the Clinical Director.
Requirements
A qualification relevant to the discipline and appropriate to the level being applied for.
Full registration (for teaching/research) as a Dentist or Oral Health Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra).
Excellent understanding of the clinical practice of oral health therapy, supported by a record of teaching and subject coordination relevant to the discipline.
Evidence of the delivery of high quality student-centred learning and teaching in oral health therapy and/or general dentistry.
A record of research activity or capability relevant to the discipline.

Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the first-year Science Discovery subject through teaching, coordination, and student engagement.
Engage in dynamic teaching activities while contributing to an innovative science curriculum shaping future scientific leaders.
Coordinate activities of the Tutors for the Science Discovery subject, including delivery of some tutorials and lectures where appropriate.
Liaise with the Tutors and subject coordinator to ensure effective delivery of subject content.
Participate in School meetings, workshops and events such as Open Day and other outreach programs.
Assist with the online operation of the subject, including checking subject content and functionality.
Requirements
A higher degree (e.g., Masters or PhD) in geography, earth science, atmospheric science or cognate discipline.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the areas of climate change and environmental sustainability.
Evidence of contributions in lecturing and tutoring; and a commitment to teaching and contributing to undergraduate and/or graduate teaching programs.
