Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of approximately ~850 FTE.
Provide expert human resource advice to leaders and staff on human resource matters.
Support the HR Business Partner with the implementation of people and culture strategic initiatives.
Work closely with senior leaders to provide key operational and strategic human resources support.
Develop and implement people strategies that are creative and meet the needs of the University and drive business performance.

Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications.
Substantive senior HR experience working at senior levels of large, complex matrix organisations.
Proven HR generalist knowledge and experience across leadership development, people capability and succession planning, performance improvement and management, talent resourcing and workforce planning, employee relations, and culture and engagement.
Highly developed organisational design and change management skills.
