Salary
  • HEO 8 $110,291 - $123,734 per annum plus employer contribution of 17% superannuation.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert, practical and timely advice on Human Resources and Industrial Relations issues to key stakeholders.
  • Navigate the University’s Enterprise Agreement and HR Policy and Procedure, ensuring Leaders and staff have the support they need.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and staff on a broad range of human resource matters.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR Branch colleagues and centres of excellence to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and delivering effective stakeholder-centric HR service.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills to liaise, consult, negotiate and influence a wide range of people.
  • Extensive experience in contemporary HR practice, including legislation and industrial instruments.
  • Proven experience providing timely and expert HR policy advice to staff and managers.
  • Experience providing high quality advice and guidance on complex and sensitive people management matters.
  • Expert advice and support to Leaders on underperformance management.
