Salary package: $89,134 - $102,600 per annum plus 17% superannuation

The Division of Student Administration and Academic Services (DSAAS) is within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Portfolio. DSAAS is responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle from when an offer is made through to the completion of their studies and graduation. Activities of the Division includes admissions, general student enquiries, enrolment, class timetabling, program management, financial transactions, scholarship management, examination management, legislative compliance in relation to students and the curriculum management. The Division also provides advice for appeals, grievance, academic misconduct and discipline processes.
An Admissions Team Coordinator provides operational support to the Admissions Team, assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Admissions office. Our team assess a high volume of applications, from all around the world, providing guidance, support and outcomes within a quick timeframe. We are looking for a leader who:
- Can motivate their team to ensure they reach maximum productivity, whilst remaining accurate and efficient;
- Works well under pressure;
- Understands the importance of clear communication, within a large team;
- Adaptable to change.
