Salary
  • Base salary range: $112,114 – $122,544 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of approximately ~850 FTE.
  • Provide expert human resource advice to leaders and staff on human resource matters.
  • Support the HR Business Partner with the implementation of people and culture strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to provide key operational and strategic human resources support.
  • Develop and implement people strategies that are creative and meet the needs of the University and drive business performance.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues in Centres of Excellence including Talent, Organisational Development, Employee Relations, and Health & Wellbeing.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Substantive senior HR experience working at senior levels of large, complex matrix organisations.
  • Proven HR generalist knowledge and experience across leadership development, people capability and succession planning, performance improvement and management, talent resourcing and workforce planning, employee relations, and culture and engagement.
  • Highly developed organisational design and change management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent influencing, relationship building, coaching and communication skills.
