Responsibilities
Plan and implement the MD program evaluation of disciplines, placements, units, and the overall program for both the UWA MD program and the Global MD program according to the UWA MD Evaluation Framework and the Global MD’s corresponding framework, under development.
Responsible for development and deployment of evaluation in consultation with the Associate Dean, Global, the MD Program Director, the MD Assessment Lead and the medical program’s Unit Coordinators.
Oversee and perform analysis, communicating results to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner for continued quality improvement.
Extend into medical education aspects more broadly including learning, teaching and curriculum development.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in health professions education.
Substantial relevant experience in evaluation and quality assurance.
Experience in assessment development and analysis.
