Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Director, Employment Compliance to establish and embed the Employment Compliance Directorate as a key enabler of employment related compliance across the University
- Oversee process for new wage enquiries and claims, including the effective triage of cases and determination of high-level requirements for assessment to ensure effective prioritisation and management of resources
- Work with the Casual Compliance Managers to ensure consistent employment compliance management practices across the University
Requirements
- Proven experience working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels within a large, complex organisation
- Strong experience in leading a team towards positive change and fostering a culture of compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities
- Tertiary qualification/s in a relevant discipline, and demonstrated relevant professional experience, or equivalent significant experience in lieu of qualification
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with compliance advice and support
- Experience with employment legislation and employment related university regulation

Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising efforts for the Cumming Global Centre for Pandemic Therapeutics (CGCPT).
- Develop a high-level Strategic Plan for Philanthropy for the CGCPT to raise requisite funds.
- Frame and test the CGCPT vision with the philanthropic market through a feasibility study.
- Develop annual operational plans, a budget, and a resource plan for managing philanthropy for the CGCPT.
- Create gift propositions, engagement, and outreach plans for prospective donors.
Requirements
- Proven leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Post-graduate qualification or equivalent extensive experience focused on significant principal and major gifts.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing principal & major gift fundraising strategies.
- Track record in major gift fundraising at the $1 million+ level.
- Professional skills and knowledge of advancement in higher education and/or medical research.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the IT investment planning and delivery cycle, aligning strategic vision and business objectives with IT governance and project delivery practices.
- Champion effective IT governance by fostering cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Lead the annual IT investment planning cycle, liaising with executive stakeholders, and developing information gathering requirements for project teams.
- Ensure consistent project delivery practices across the Portfolio, facilitating information flow, and providing clear guidance on process and requirements.
- Mature capacity planning capabilities and coordinate service management activities for the IT function.
Requirements
- A degree in commerce/business, information technology or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
