Responsibilities
Develop and deliver innovative teaching programs and research that support Indigenous communities.
Lead and design high-quality undergraduate and graduate courses.
Contribute to curriculum development.
Engage in research training.
Supervise higher degree by research (HDR) students.
Contribute to major research projects.
Collaborate on securing competitive research grants across categories 1-4.
Requirements
Experience in contributing to undergraduate and graduate teaching programs.
Passionate about delivering quality teaching programs that empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Proven scholarly track record in Indigenous research, relative to opportunity and commensurate to level.
Expertise in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledges and relevant research methods and practices.
Capable of independently coordinating subjects at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Experience supervising HDR students, with some experience in major research projects and competitive research grants.
A current working with children Blue Card is required.
