Responsibilities
Manage a team of staff responsible for the operational management of enrolments for all students at Charles Darwin University (CDU)
Provide leadership across a distributed network of staff involved in the end-to-end processes for enrolments and scholarships

Requirements
Completion of, or progress towards, a postgraduate qualification, and/or extensive relevant experience in a managerial role in a highly regulated industry and/or complex organization
High-level written communication skills

Track record in delivering against a schedule of administrative deadlines
Experience in the use of technology to optimize work processes and customer experiences
Experience managing a team of administrative or customer service staff

Responsibilities
