About the role:

Reporting to the National Manager, Enrolments & Student Records, you will ensure all operations are undertaken in an accurate and timely manner with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. You will contribute significantly to the oversight, configuration maintenance and improvement of Degree Works by establishing and adhering to timelines and testing protocols developed in close liaison with faculties as the primary stakeholders. As a subject matter expert (SME), you will help in translating academic course rules into system syntax in order to achieve accurate monitoring of student adherence to course rules.
Your strong communication skills will see you provide advice on relevant legislation, policy and procedures; develop integrated business processes; resolve complex issues, develop mechanisms to collect and report on a range of data attributes; and establish and maintain a communication and liaison framework for all stakeholders including students.
