Salary
Base salary range: Level C, $139,000 – $159,893 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation. Rural and remote allowance applies for those living in the immediate area. Clinical loading may be applicable.
Responsibilities
Deliver world-class innovative medical education and training to medical students and assist in the support of preceptors and host practitioners
Commitment to be involved in research and/or evaluation relevant to improving rural health
In consultation with local medical practitioners and agencies maintain and contribute to the development of local educational programs that meet the requirements of the RCSWA and take advantage of local opportunities and strengths
Develop and coordinate the development of rural training pathways in local area of appointment and contribute to a statewide RCSWA approach

Requirements
Registered, or able to be registered with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner
Committed to working in medical practice in rural WA
Available to work in the respective RCSWA site and the ability to network with rural practitioners in the region
Experience as a preceptor and/or supervisor of medical students and/or junior doctors or registrars
A commitment to the principles and practice of Indigenous health in rural and regional areas
Commitment to rural medical education and to improving rural medical workforce.

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for data administration and database management within UQ Biological Resources (UQBR), ensuring efficient and secure data operations.
Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across the University to ensure that appropriate data management solutions are implemented and maintained.
Act as the service owner and technical advisor for nominated services, providing senior technical advice, support, training, and mentoring to other team members.
Lead and manage advancements focused on the continuous improvement of data administration and database management services, including the adoption of new technologies.
Undertake various operational and administrative tasks, such as preparing business cases, managing work requests, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, and promoting sound cyber security practices in line with University policies.
Requirements
Qualifications in IT or Data Management equivalent to a degree, with at least four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
Proven experience in senior-level database administration, including operational process automation and managing complex data operations environments.
Strong technical knowledge and skills across various Database Management Systems, with a demonstrated ability to innovate and adopt new processes and technologies.
