Develop a risk register, tools and methodologies to assist ACU in rapidly assessing, mapping risks and developing appropriate strategies to manage psychosocial risk to staff and students.
Enhance current controls to ensure managers are enabled to identify, address and improve the overall wellbeing of staff.
Deliver strategic projects and initiatives, including Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategic plans.
Assess the risk presented by students and staff within a university or similar complex organisation.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Work Health and Safety and/or equivalent.
Relevant work experience in a WHS Operational Risk, Compliance or Audit role.
