Configure, run, and modify experimental versions of the Australian community climate model (ACCESS).
Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to the preparation of articles for publication.

The successful applicant will join our excellent research cohort within Human Geography and undertake their PhD project under the supervision of leading academics within Geography.
The Human Geography team have broad research expertise and leadership in the areas of social, political and institutional analyses of climate change adaptation, climate resilience and disaster risk reduction across the Indo-Pacific region.
Requirements
The successful applicant will have a strong academic track record in one or more of the following: geography, environmental sociology, environmental humanities, and governance and policy.
Competence in qualitative research methods is essential and quantitative skills are desirable but not essential.
