PhD or equivalent relevant doctoral qualification from a recognized institution
Up-to-date teaching/training experience in corporate public relations strategy, media relations, issue and crisis management, social network metrics/analytics, social media & mass media content creation
Accredited postgraduate certification in teaching and learning and/or fellowship status with AdvanceHE is preferred

You will deliver assigned teaching responsibilities (on and off campus) and mentor junior academic staff while playing a significant role in reviewing and updating Public Health courses ensuring the curriculum is current, of leading-edge quality and reflects a depth and breadth of discipline expertise.

Requirements
Possession of relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent in Public Health.
Teaching qualification or willingness to undertake a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary and Adult Education.
Proven ability to teach and supervise postgraduate University students with experience engaging with tertiary students and supporting their educational development through multi-modal delivery strategies.
Proven experience in and ability to teach in a wide variety of units including Systems Thinking, Communicable Diseases, Environmental Health, Health Promotion, Epidemiology and others as required.
Demonstrated capacity to engage and network effectively with industry and community partners and stakeholders.
