Responsibilities
Undertake detailed project planning, provide specialist advice, and support project governance and reporting to ensure effective and efficient delivery of project priorities and outcomes.
Conduct research and analysis, prepare project briefs, and develop fit-for-purpose project documentation to support informed decision-making and planning.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, coordinate project communication, and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to support project delivery and engagement activities.
Monitor and report on project plans, milestones, and deliverables; identify, control, and manage issues, risks, dependencies, and changes in project scope.
Requirements
Proven track record in managing medium to large projects within complex organisational contexts, preferably in tertiary or research institutions.
Excellent liaison and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships within various university departments and the broader community.
Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to develop and implement effective project monitoring and evaluation systems.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
Develop and determine detailed project scope, develop timelines and participate in other planning processes as required, in consultation with Manager, Safer Communities.

Undertake review of evidence related to drivers of gender-based violence within tertiary education/ other relevant contexts.

Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification, and at least 1 year of demonstrated experience in relation to development and evaluation of co-curricular education in tertiary settings or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.
Demonstrated experience in analysing and synthesising evidence and research regarding gender-based violence, education, or demonstrated evidence of these skills in relation to other social issues to create briefing documents for a general audience.
Demonstrated experience in translating research into practice and identifying how to create evidence-informed recommendations for action.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to work autonomously to plan and implement projects to deliver within agreed timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create planning and project documents.
Demonstrated interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including consultation, communication, and networking skills, along with the ability to liaise and work effectively with organisational partners to complete the project to agreed timelines.

Support the Infection Analytics Program in the development of a Framework for Evidence Evaluation in Vaccine Assessment (FEEVA).
Supervise and carry out literature reviews in the area of vaccine development to produce reports and publications.
Liaise closely with the Australian Living Evidence Collaboration (ALEC, Monash University) to contribute to their work.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in research protocols, evidence synthesis and assessment; experience with GRADE methods is highly desirable.
