Responsibilities
Support testing activities during the transition phase of digital projects, including software development and infrastructure upgrades.
Execute test cases, identify and report defects, and assist senior testers in ensuring the quality and reliability of digital solutions.
Requirements
Proven track record of testing in SQL environment.
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience of software testing concepts and methods.
Willingness to learn automated testing tools.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Sound understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
Demonstrated experience of conducting testing within SQL environments, including writing and executing SQL queries for data validation, performance testing, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with testing tools or willingness to learn automated testing tools suitable for diverse project contexts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow testing instructions accurately in both software and infrastructure related projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex scenarios involving system integrations.
ISTQB or similar testing certification is desirable, but not mandatory.
Experience in Agile or DevOps environments is desirable, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
Oversee the rostering and coordination of staff to maintain the continuous operations of the Language Testing Centre in partnership with the SOM, ensuring team functions are adequately staffed at all times.

Requirements
Previous experience in a Coordinator/Supervisor level role, including familiarity with rostering, supervision and motivation of staff.
Highly client service focused, with proven experience in customer service roles within professional services/commercial environments, preferably within the education sector.
Experience, knowledge and understanding of PTE Academic and/or IELTS Test procedures and delivery is highly advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish productive working relationships with internal and external clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds and organisational levels.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and use of databases, computer applications and payment gateways.
