Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst with a practical understanding of modern project management methodologies.
- High level of technical proficiency/expertise in a range of systems and software such as Visio, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams and project management tools e.g. JIRA.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power BI or related capabilities.
- Understanding of domain area processes and information management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in providing creative and innovative solutions to problems, analyse and improve systems and processes, and apply quality assurance frameworks to deliver continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail, including analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret and evaluate both quantitative and qualitative data to successfully interpret requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and proven ability to create and deliver clear communications documentation, influence and negotiate to achieve successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to provide end-user support, and design and deliver relevant training.
- You are available for occasional (planned) after-hour work required to complete performance verification testing for release, including upgrades.
