- Collaborate with University stakeholders and Business Services to analyse and specify requirements for Digital Products Centre of Excellence initiatives and projects, fostering strong relationships.
- Apply a wide range of analysis techniques for effective project delivery, and actively contribute to the ongoing uplift in capability within the Business Analysis Practice.

About the Role
You will play a vital role in enhancing the capability of the Business Analyst Practice. Working with key stakeholders across the University and Business Services, you will provide comprehensive requirements analysis and specification for initiatives, projects, and backlog items. This is an opportunity to contribute to ongoing portfolio delivery demand and foster strong collaborative relationships across various teams, making a significant impact on the ongoing improvement of the Business Analyst Practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and sustaining ongoing relationships with University and Business Services stakeholders, clients, project owners, project teams and SMEs in providing analysis services for effective delivery of analysis outcomes.
- Determining and applying appropriate analysis techniques including stakeholder identification and management, eliciting, and analysing/documenting processes and process improvements.
- Providing expert advice and analytical input to projects and initiatives across the University.
Who We Are Looking For
You will possess substantial experience in business requirements analysis within large, complex organisations, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering intricate user specifications and detailed business requirements. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to motivate, persuade, negotiate, and build robust relationships with senior stakeholders across the University and University Services.
You will also have:
- A relevant postgraduate qualification with significant relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant significant experience and/or education and training.
- Proficiency in guiding program or project-based analysis teams.
- Adeptness in planning, conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.
